    This was a lovely, relaxing Yin yoga class. The instruction was gentle and compassionate. The only thing I wish is that there had been enough bolsters for everyone in the class. Using the blocks and blankets did not offer the same experience for deepening into the postures.

    Bonnie is one of the highlights of Swet Studio. I love all of her classes, but her aerial stretch is my favorite. Last night I had a very heavy weight session which caused my back and legs to be very tight, but after aerial stretch I am no longer sore. 10/10 highly recommend

    Mary Kate was awesome! I love how much balance and resistance is involved in the class. We also used weights and focused a lot on legs and core on the mat. I loved this class! Also special thank you to Michele who came up and introduced herself and checked in to see how me and my friend liked the class. I will have to take her kickboxing and cardio soon!

    Intro to Pole (Studio C)

    Such a fun class! This was my first time taking a pole dancing class and I absolutely loved it! It was easy to understand the instructions, even if I couldn’t do all the moves yet, and Abby was so great to have! I highly recommend this class for anyone that has been tempted to try. Hot tip - wear short spandex shorts and a bra or tank top so that you’re not sliding up and down the pole :)
