Also the instructors were super sweet and funny and def made me want to work harder. Perfect way to start the weekend. I can’t wait to come back to this class!!

It was nice that they offer parking validation, makes parking a little least stressful if you don’t live downtown. Five dollars for a bottle of water was a bit insane lol, but that what I get for not being prepared. Phillips energy was amazing and I’m happy I got to attend one of his first classes back. I couldn’t have chosen a better time to come, it’s “hell week”. I plan to book during the rest of the week

My results so far have been spectacular. Since this workout I have been elected as president of my guild in World of Warcraft and selected to be dungeon master in my Dungeons and Dragons club. I’m quite certain that a girlfriend will be my next achievement.

alle beoordelingen weergevenLoved this sequence. The Pilates movement on the rower and the use of resistance bands was great! Loved the slower pace which truly focused more on strength than cardio. Would love to see more lower leg day sequences like this!
