Sandra offers a range of different styles and approaches, as for the massage itself it was extremely relaxing and I felt afterwards as though any tension had been lifted, I felt so much lighter. Following the session Sandra then spoke about methods I can implement in my day to day life to maintain this state of relaxation and look after myself and my back. Her advice and level of expertise is exceptional and the service was extremely professional. I would strongly recommend.
