So challenging, but easy to follow, and there’s a lovely meditation at the beginning and at the end, I couldn’t imagine anything better for a Saturday noon! The only bad thing of being away on holiday was not being able to come to her class 🥲 though fortunately I got an online membership which helped!

alle beoordelingen weergevenHands down best non-spin class I’ve been to at Oncore before. The instructor was really fab, actually correcting people and even pushing a bit for stronger weights. Both things I feel the HIIT/ strength classes miss at oncore usually.

Warm, kind, welcoming to all first-timers that are nervous/excited for their crystal healing sessions. Came a little early today and managed to have a good chat with her before the session and I think I've just made a lifelong friend! It's important to find kindred spirits when you embark on any spiritual/healing sessions so that you reap the maximum benefits. Would love to come again when I am back in London.
