I did not expect handstands in this level, but it was not a problem that I couldn’t do that part. It was good to try. But I was expecting a more basic flow at this level, that’s why I chose it. I will most likely come back, as it was still a great class, especially after work. Challenging enough, but not too challenging.

Took his time; cut lasted about an hour and a half. He’s there Monday-Friday, and I highly recommend. I’d had the owner Ronnie do a blow out once before, as well, which was equally great. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

When I mentioned this, he explained the musculature to me, and how if you fix one area and not the other, the soreness will persist; that explains why I still felt sore after after other massage places!
