I’ve been to every major fitness studio in the city and I see so many trainers just not correct people with horrible form. So I really appreciate this about them.

You break up the typical class sections with portions of a yoga flow but I think I’d rather just do full on yoga or full on barre. Admittedly, the flow portions did feel relaxing and it was nice to get more of a stretch in.

She made sure to check each students movements so that they had correct posture etc. She’s very cognizant of how each student is doing and gives personalized adjustments as class goes on. I love how she gives each student the materials (like the ball or ring) and cleaning bottle/cloth at the end of class instead of making each student grab it themselves - obviously this is something we can do on our own, but she’s so sweet for doing it for us.

I did not expect handstands in this level, but it was not a problem that I couldn’t do that part. It was good to try. But I was expecting a more basic flow at this level, that’s why I chose it. I will most likely come back, as it was still a great class, especially after work. Challenging enough, but not too challenging.

I felt just enough burn and challenge in the exercises to make it worthwhile and at the same time something I could easily keep coming back to. The stretching and myofascial release felt incredible.
