Not only they make you feel welcome and important as you step in, their service staff are equally kind and respectful and oh so knowledgeable. The space is immaculate. They really think about every detail. I feel like I found a gem in the neighborhood. You have to try them!

There were no gloves that were used during the needle insertion or removal despite that the removal process required the therapist to directly touch the skin that was just pierced.
