She gives clear instructions for the poses that you can follow whether you are a beginner or advanced. The class was very calming while still being a good workout. 5/5 I’ll definitely take more of Marisa’s classes!

We learned the positions and some basic moves and I neither felt overwhelmed nor bored. The class was very fun and engaging. Loved the instructor’s positive attitude and encouragement! *Definitely should know basic yoga before going however because it’s a full class and because it’s 45 minutes not a lot of time for explaining/instructions but if you need it the instructor will absolutely assist.
