You spend the whole class dancing with every class member in a rotational method, so it gives a lot of real social dancing experience. She’s one of very few instructors who actually walk around the room and help/correct you. This seems basic but most instructors just let you do whatever which isn’t helpful to your workout and you can hurt yourself.
