From the welcoming of the staff to the cleanliness of the facility to the amenities of the sauna, it was all so well put together, and I felt so great going there. Zach, was so kind, and he really took his time to explain how to use the music in the sauna, how to use the amenities and made sure that my sauna was cleaned well. The energy in here is so warm and vibrant. I will absolutely be returning!!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I do believe the salt worked to reduce the inflammation I had in my sinuses, after about 10 minutes I was breathing clearly. There is a repetitive sound that happens during the session but it didn’t bother me much.
