I liked that my name was near which exercise I had next. Showers and lockers were downstairs. I had a great workout but understand how some of the reviews mention it helps to come here with a little bit of gym knowledge under your belt. I did sweat a lot and liked the variety of exercises.

They answered whatever questions I had with enthusiasm and made me so excited to start my new journey with Pvolve. Class was well paced and I could hear the instructor clearly with no difficulty, which was my greatest fear!!! Kayla also made sure to welcome me to my first class and ask about any injuries. I unexpectedly sweat buckets and feel so much stronger already. Looking forward to my next class.

The heating pad and theragun to start helps prep your body for the stretches. I’ve always done the 8 or 9am Saturday slot and have been the only person there. Rose takes the time to learn about why you’re there and is gentle with any injuries/pain. But she definitely challenges your range of motion while taking in your cues (a slight grimace, holding your breath, etc) and takes that into account depth of the stretch. Highly highly recommend.

When I first arrived, she took time to explain the tools she would use for the myofascial massage and that she also incorporates the grasson technique and tools. I sit a desk job 8-10 hours a day and she worked magic. The tension in my neck and shoulders evaporated from my body.
