alle beoordelingen weergevenI loved the instructor's energy and music helped a lot in matching the vibes, although it was tensed class considering the old injuries I have but I didn’t feel pain or anything during it and I was laughing and smiling at the instructor funny comments. I challenge myself sometimes to push my limits and do more and this class was definitely one of the classes that boosted my fitness level. I only have one suggestion for the instructor to be in the middle so we all can see her cuz my spot was near to the door and I had to pause and look over or copy the ones close to me. Thank you so much!

If you ever think, “she’s not watching, I’ll just wing this one,” think again 😂 She notices everything, corrects your form and makes sure you’re actually doing the movement properly💪. There’s no getting away with doing things halfway, and I genuinely appreciate that 🫶 You can tell she’s fully aware of what’s happening throughout the session. Highly recommend!🏆

I thought I’d feel intimidated as a beginner, but Dione made the class so welcoming, fun, and easy to follow. Her energy is contagious, and she makes everyone feel comfortable regardless of their experience level. I even posted my class video, and now some of my friends are excited to try Afro Dance too! Definitely a fun experience and I’d recommend Dione’s class to anyone who wants to give it a try!
