alle beoordelingen weergevenI love Veowna’s and Sarah’s class, they have such a great energy, they explain everything in detail, and make sure across the whole class that egeryone is doing the exercises correctly and they encourage you to challenge yourself, but there’s no shame if you need to stop for a bit. Also, I love Romans, as it’s low impact, easy to follow, whole body workout, and it never gets boring!
