It was calm and relaxing. I’ll definitely book again. If anything can convince me to keep my ClassPass membership, it’s this amazing deal. I forgot to bring cash for tips as ClassPass recommended, but was able to work it out with the manicurist.

But when I went to tip he kept demanding 20%. I looked at what ClassPass says the retail price is ($150) and believe I got the 60 min relax massage which is significantly less ($80). A tip should always be optional, and I felt that the job was well done, but no one should be pressured into leaving more of a tip.

I was running a little late but they still let me complete my service and told me upfront that there wouldn’t be time for a massage (which I was totally fine with). I also dinged the polish on my big toe before leaving and they fixed it without having to completely start over. I had no problem booking through CP and there wasn’t any payment confusion as mentioned in another user’s review. I brought cash to add as a tip at the end (because it was well-deserved!).

You can tell she really customizes the appointment based on your skin type! For example, I have a ton of blackheads on my nose, and Iris was able to target those with a specialized treatment. She even set me up with a custom everyday skin care routine! I definitely recommend her services based on my first appointment results and her expertise in general - I’ll definitely be back!

My only complaint is that when I asked what they recommended for my skin type I assumed the options they were giving me were included in the price of my custom facial. At no point was it made clear that I would have an additional charge by taking the estheticians recommendation. I only found out when leaving and they told me there was an additional 50$ charge. I enjoyed my experience, but had I known I may have opted for a different treatment or not booked through class pass at all since I didn’t save any money in the end.
