alle beoordelingen weergevenI was so scared of the cold at first! The 50 degree water was intense for me, so I only did 3 one minute dips in it with vitamin c shower rinses in between. I’m definitely less intimidated now, and I’m looking forward to making sauna/plunge sessions part of my regular self-care routine! Thank you so much!!!
