Not for beginners though- I come to shred at least once or twice a week and it’s always a thorough full body workout. The only thing studio 3 could do better is a little more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Their water filter has the red light indicating the filter has to be changed and it’s been like that for like a year lol, and also the studios and locker room could use a deeper clean.

Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me, but he was fantastic. I tried the Mito Red Light Therapy Full Body Panels and the Normatec Compression Therapy, and I’m hooked! My legs feel so much lighter, and the red light therapy had a calming effect on my entire body. I highly recommend this place—10/10! I’ll definitely be going back.

It was painful in the kind of way I needed but she did check with me several times to make sure the pressure was okay. I have never had someone get as deep as she. One day, while they were having me wait for an undisclosed amount of time, with zerp empathy per usual, LOL, I went for a walk, and passed Cryo Healthcare. I used to go here to get my cryotherapy sessions! I always liked this place. I noticed they had a sign outside that said they do vitamin injections. Wow! When I went inside, not only were their prices better, but their attitudes were waaaay better. So glad I discovered they're doing these shots. I'm so happy with my experience whenever I visit!

I booked for a 90min massage and in the past at other massage places I’ve received an actual 90min massage - here they counted a lot of time just prepping as part of it and my actual massage was probably only about 70mins, so it would have been nice if it was a little longer because that extra time would have been useful to get some of those tight knots out in the focus areas.

What a great mental challenge and I feel amazing. Make sure to tell them you’re from class pass, it makes it easier for their system. Also, They didn’t accept tip but didn’t seem to expect it like this app implies. Made me feel welcome and explained everything well. I’ll be doing this again!
