However, upon booking the second time around, I was told that I would have to pay the full price since they would only take ClassPass clients once (nowhere does it state that in the fine print - maybe make that more clear.) I have been with ClassPass since its inception and never have I ever experienced this from using this platform in NY, LA, Florida, Texas, Copenhagen, Paris, London, Hong Kong and the list goes on. ClassPass makes it possible for people who travel a lot to get their workout in or beauty needs in wherever they are and in return, you get global recognition bc people talk. I feel really slighted and don’t believe that your business really gets it. I will be in AZ next week and NYC next month so I will probably get it done at the places I go to there, where they accept my ClassPass credits and won’t be charging me extra.
