This is my 4th pedicure here and one time they switched it for a dry pedicure because they didn’t have the right tech, one time re scheduled, one time she was able to do French for me in the booking window and 2 other times they said they didn’t have enough time, today I was charged for gel removal even though it was done by esme and I have never been charged before. My pedicure was also only 50 minutes. They just don’t have a good system.
