This was in their large downstairs studio, which can be quite cold so be sure to wear layers (this is not a workout class, so you won’t be sweating or moving much). Also, since they don’t have curtains or blinds, there are sometimes a lot of noise and light pollution from the parking lot and street (pedestrians walking by and talking, car headlights, bus announcements, etc.)

Probably because this is classpass or maybe i missed something? -i saw the class/studio description about pilates and it read something about ‘did you know pilates can re-shape your butt’/etc. so i assumed the class would have at least some bum and legs involved but it was only abs and a few arm things. Great for people who want to work abs intensely-not my case. It’d be nice to know which classes/teachers focus on what for next time!

alle beoordelingen weergevenDani’s classes are the best! I have been doing yoga for many years but felt like my practice had really plateaued until I started taking Dani’s classes. She is a masterful teacher, striking the perfect balance between encouraging her students to try new things and offering the right type of support to get them there. For years I had been too scared to attempt handstands, but Dani somehow managed to teach them in a way that made me feel comfortable trying. A year ago I never would have expected to be excited for the part of class where we practice going upside down, but here I am, thanks to Dani 😀

There was no communication that the class was canceled prior, and now the day after, there’s still no communication that the class was canceled. V sad to see the class didn’t happen, so please keep your outlets updated! The instructor’s socials weren’t updated either, despite instructions to check them for updates.
