Ayse is a nice and patient instructor and she helped corrected our poses when needed, without forcing us to go beyond limit. The first 40 min of the class was focusing on Vinyasa and more standard yoga flows, but it wouldn’t be any way going too crazy so you can manage it well. The last 20 min focuses on Yin Yoga which is good for relaxing and those who don’t want a tiring workout after a day’s hard work. They provide yoga mats and everything without charge! Highly recommended.

The rooms are private with locks and there are cold eucalyptus towels waiting for you when you get out of the sauna! My room had a shower in it which was amazing, but only 3/7 of the rooms have a shower so it’s not guaranteed !

Overall I just enjoy prenatal massages less than massages pre-pregnancy, but the woman was very sweet and let you customize many things on the intake form (music, essential oil scent, etc) which was nice! The space does have some road noise from the main road so I would not recommend booking at a super high traffic time like after work.
