alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat workout. The large reformers are harder for my small build, i prefer the smaller ones but still a good workout. I just wished we could see the instructor better if you’re along the edges but I understand that’s the only layout of the reformers that would work.

The best detailed run through of child’s pose have experienced at start of class … led to challenging peak poses that were not all accessible to me this day, felt good to try all the same. Namaste 🙏🏿
