alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class can feel intense for a beginner. But the instructor for my session, Jed, was really attentive and patient. He made sure I had the correct form and everything. Everyone at the class was really nice and friendly. So, all in all, I would highly recommend it. It’s a good way to destress, too.

Really chill class as well given the time slot so it was a small group which I liked.
