Workout itself included a good mix of challenging HIIT exercises (all modifiable to suit range of fitness levels) to get full body workout! Highly recommend!

After driving to a shopping center where it was nowhere to be found, I looked up on Google and found a different address listed 5 minutes down the road. I drove there to find a business building that did not have any business signage on the outside that I could see, and there were no cars in the lot. So I never even figured out if it is an active business still or not.
