They find different ways to incorporate the members in the class and make it fun - whether it’s clapping or having people decide what move we will do next. You also move every muscle and do extra obliques and arms opposed to just one arm song. Amazing music every class too. Obsessed

Great class with Meredith. Lagree is really hard. I find that I still get a really good workout even if I modify and take breaks. The staff is always welcoming. The space is nice. Plenty of room between the equipment, good music (not too loud) and lots of encouragement to get through every move. Be ready for lots of plank work. If you like working with slider discs, you’ll love how the reformer equipment here will give you stability and resistance to work the whole body.

Frank is the best! I've never been to a spin class where people actually clap for the instructor outside of his class. He motivates you to do your best but is also relatable during challenging parts of his class. I love his music as well!
