alle beoordelingen weergevenVery friendly front desk, nice equipment, and a wonderfully hot room! As a beginner, I thought the class was a bit too quickly paced for me, but it was clear that the teacher was very good. She helped me correct and adjust the poses to fit my ability.

The instructor was amazing, super supportive and encouraging but not pushy, which was great for me being in a hot room for the first time in a long time. She provided lots of helpful feedback for the taking. The studio is clean, bright, airy, and welcoming. The locker rooms have everything you need as you dash out of the hot clash. Their rental mats are in excellent condition.

Everyone was encouraged to do and modify the exercises to their liking. I would definitely go back and i usually am not a fan of working out in front of others but this was different in the best way. 10/10
