The gua sha tool used for this facial is connected to the hydrafacial machine, not a jade tool in case you were expecting that. The facial accomplished the lymphatic drainage i was looking for. I have had hybrids done by several other lash techs and I felt this set was a true hybrid in terms of the fullness compared to other places that overdo it and give a volume look, so I liked that. The ClassPass page said to arrive 15 minutes early but I ended up waiting 15-20 minutes after my appointment start time for the service to start, so that’s why I couldn’t give 5 stars. Overall the service was good! If retention is 2-3 weeks then I will definitely be back.
