alle beoordelingen weergevenThis class was actually with Val- loved her! Super hard class for me but I really enjoyed it and Val gave great modifications and ways to intensify. Will be sore tomorrow! I love Zen Yoga Garage, but my only complaint with this studio is the barre classes are heated and it’s usually a little uncomfortably hot for me- would love if there’s unheated options available in future!
