alle beoordelingen weergevenI came into the cafe at 4:50 for my 4:45 pickup time. Please note that the last time I ordered food through class, it was ready at the pickup time when I got there. Not in this case. The woman at the front desk said the kitchen closes at 4:30 & I am supposed to order when I get there. *Class pass should adjust the time slots so that the last order is at 4 if they close the kitchen at 4:30. * Instead of taking a loss, she quickly & kindly whipped up my salad for me. I couldn’t be more impressed by the customer service (given that they closed in 5 minutes). I got the Strawberry Feta Salad: the strawberries were soaked in a syrup / glaze (so good) & the salad was delicious and refreshing!

We had the 3 tacos that was beautifully accompanied by rice and beans. I had the southwest salad that had fresh veggies and chicken. The only regret I had was not carrying cash to tip the gentleman who went above and beyond to deliver the food outside (while I waited).

Classpass needs to work on their restaurant integration though. 2 really rocky experiences with food pick up back to back at 2 different restaurants and it absolutely was not the restaurant’s fault either time. Not sure why the description says you receive six pizza puffs when it’s one and I imagine the description for 20 mozzarella sticks is also incorrect. This is the second food item I’ve gotten through ClassPass and both times the business was a bit unclear on how it worked– no fault at all to the business but seems like ClassPass hasn’t rolled it out very smoothly. Just fyi for future users.
