The instructor was incredibly patient and attentive, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood even the basic terminology. She gave thoughtful form corrections throughout class, so I never felt lost despite being a complete beginner. The workout was challenging, well-structured, and worked my entire body while still leaving me feeling strong and refreshed afterward. Her energy, expertise, and passion for Pilates were truly inspiring. I’m so glad my first class was here, it definitely made me excited to continue my Pilates journey!

It can’t get those super deep knots like a real massage therapists fingers can, but it gets surprisingly close!
