My classmates were also welcoming and helpful. The space itself is neat and accessible, and has mats, bolsters, and other props for yoga practice. The studio was clean, and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Coach Kris was also an amazing instructor. She clearly explained each exercise, including which muscles or areas it targets, which helped me understand the movements better. I honestly learned so much from her and really enjoyed the whole experience. I’ll definitely be booking another class at this studio! 🤍✨
