Despite of that, Coach Seth was energetic and informative and has a lot of patience in teaching the basic footwork (he made easy but it was really a bit tricky for me because it was my first dance class ever). I looove the studio, it was just plain panels of mirrors and white wall, but dangs the light really sets the mood (minimalist and classy)! See you on my next dance class!

alle beoordelingen weergevenTried Slimmers World Bacoor through ClassPass. Overall, it was okay and had the usual commercial gym vibe and crowd. The equipment felt a bit outdated for my preference, but everything I needed was there and it still gets the job done. My bigger issue was the space — some areas felt pretty tight, especially when there were more people around. If you’re someone who gets claustrophobic, you might not enjoy the layout. I’ve been with Anytime Fitness for around 8–9 years, so I guess I’m a bit spoiled when it comes to gym setup and equipment. 😅 Compared to AF, I’d say the bigger franchise gyms like AF are a lot better overall, at least based on my preference. Still, it’s a decent place to get a workout in, especially if you’re using ClassPass.

I’m sure that is quite difficult for the trainer to be so engaging when she is a professional and has huge experience to make us all feel comfortable and willing to trust her. I 100% would highly recommend it. and I’m 59 struggle with my hip this was perfect.
