alle beoordelingen weergevenSigned up with my friend and we were the only students for the lesson. We were kinda worried at first because it was our first time doing a 2 hr session. However, our instructor was very patient and helpful. The two hour lesson was very beginner-friendly. Our instructor took time to explain to us how to do the different yoga poses and she checked if we were activating the correct muscles. It was a really fruitful session! We didn’t even know we could activate so many different muscles in one session. I prefer this style of teaching over the other classes that I have tried whereby instructors just rushed through the poses without correcting our posture. Thank you instructor!

Today, however, Siti was exceptional. Her Tui Na session relieved the knots in my upper back and neck better than any treatment I've had in a long time. But the other staff were calling him “teacher” so I assumed he would be good. He definitely is very knowledgeable and skilful. The massage was very different from what I normally get, it felt like a TCM session and though it was painful at times , I felt looser and more relaxed after. Though TCM is not something I typically believe in I do feel like it helped me with my muscle soreness. Would recommend Bai 👍
