First came in with a sore lower back (something I’ve struggled on and off with for years), he listened to my concerns and tailored the session to exactly what I needed. By the end the pain had practically gone, I was so surprised that someone could make such a difference in one session. Nick’s super knowledgable, the information and tips he’s shares is really easy to understand and implement into everyday life.
