alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class! Instructor was very friendly and encouraging. Super precise and easy to follow cueing. I arrived early so we got to stretch a bit before class. I’m sad he won’t be teaching the Monday 6am classes anymore but I’m glad I got to experience one of them at least! :)

alle beoordelingen weergevenAbsolutely love it! Will be back 10/10 class. I wouldn’t recommend for beginners but if you’re looking for a challenge it’s definitely good for that take breaks when you need it! Bring your own mat, towels for the mats & you are provided!!
