alle beoordelingen weergevenI really liked the instructor as a person and she was super kind with amazing energy, but the class style was just not for me. It was not a rhythm based class and there was no choreography or anything. The music was super low as they have volume restrictions. If you are new to cycling, give this place a try. If you are a psycho spin class girlie like me, this will not be your jam.
