alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class, Bella is excellent! It’s certainly a challenging class (hot power usually is) but there was a positive and lighthearted energy that I think would make anyone comfortable. Came away challenged and exhausted with more in my practice.

Pilates is a wonderful well-rounded form of exercise. It is not just about stretching…CP Cardio Sculpt 1.5 (50 Mins)
