alle beoordelingen weergevenbrienna pruce was subbing in today and WOW might i say for a 30 min class, i felt like we stretched all the right places. this class was less focused on power poses and more focused on stretching areas that don't get enough attention. i thought she was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the movements and how they improve mobility. 10/10 will be back.

It was life changing as several years later sound therapy is the one thing that works with my nervous system. I’m happy I found this blessing of an instructor again. The space is divine. Supportive energy flowing. As a yoga instructor myself I strive to learn from others. I will be back and will support this gem.
