Class itself was dope and Nikki went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable/can progress in the future. :)

The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and I had the opportunity to brush up on my Spanish skills. The instructor was extremely easy to approach, as he not only showed us every single movement but also made sure our form was correct and kept us motivated throughout the entire class. I absolutely adored how they seamlessly transitioned from the treadmill to weights and even included rowing machine. By the end of the session, I had burned a whopping 500 calories.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI like this gym a lot. It's small, but has pretty much everything I need to get a good workout. Staff is very friendly. They also provide towels! They have showers and everything is very clean except they need to clean their AC vents, which have mold on them.
