I felt so connected to the yoga, and I noticed some improvements in some of my poses which made me happy. I left the class feeling so refreshed. The instructor does a wonderful job and I’m really happy to see that the class was truly an all levels hot yoga class. Lately the last few classes I felt were more intermediate or at least for flexible people. Today’s class was excellent and made all the poses challenging but accessible for everyone.

She guides you through each pose and ensures you are in correct form, she reminds you what yoga is all about, she is encouraging to all, and challenging. I really enjoyed her class and will be going back.

I’m an instructor myself, and I feel like he taught me new things. He is so knowledgeable, and I never come on here and write reviews. Thank you, Alex for such an amazing class. I wish he had other timeslots on those early mornings because I am normally also teaching at those times.

I first started doing the training during the pandemic and became obsessed did the virtual training for a bit before stopping. Now I do a combination or other trainings but when I saw this class on ClassPass I knew i had to make it to class. I loved every minute, every sweat, the environment and the training. The class is tough if you have ever done hitt or like cardio just beware it will kick your butt but so worth it!

I recommend you watch a video on the language however because I didn’t know what a jab or hook or anything was! Other than that you can pick it up after watching what everyone else is doing!

I go to Viktoriya’s Pilates classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 9am. She is so kind and patient. Always with a smile on her face! She made me feel at home and super comfortable at my first class and I’ve been a regular ever since. Her workouts are always 🔥 she is always helping you with your technique, offering variations, and encouragement through the whole thing. All in all 10/10! Also looking forward to trying their rock climbing classes! Love this place

When the class started and there was music, I was pleased to know the instructor wasn’t going to use a microphone and that I could hear him without difficulty. The sequence was intentional and the level of difficulty was suitable. Will was a fantastic instructor. I’ll be attending again.

Had an amazing time and Isaac was so nice and really helped me understand my body and areas of strength and weakness. So glad I tried this and would def do again!

He knew exactly what I wanted, and was even kind enough to set my hair in rollers so that I could keep my style until I got to my photo shoot. His shampoo skills are amazing, he gave a wonderful and relaxing head massage. The salon itself is located in a quaint old Coral Gables building just below the famous dance studio on Ponce de Leon Boulevard. If you’re in need of a blow dry, I would highly recommend Kevin and his services.
