The whole session was planned to be one remix with no stops between songs which made an amazing flow throughout the ride. Thora always challenges you in such a good way so that you really feel you used everything you got while still having fun. Leaving with the best feeling and the best start to a Sunday 🤩

She offered different variations of an exercise for more beginners or advanced people. The class was clearly well planned ahead, she didn’t just come up with it in the moment, which was so reassuring because I experienced in other classes that the teachers were like: “oook, what should we do now…”. I will definitely return to this class!
