CONS: Not the biggest fan of the padded floors and the room temp has barely been reaching 88F lately :/ Will keep going to Break Free, but I just hope they can work on better keeping the room as hot as it used to be

I’m looking forward to taking more. The venue is also very intimate, so the classes feel personalized with a very friendly vibe..

The class was small - just two of us, I felt immediately welcomed you can tell this is a space made for TRAINING it’s not the boujee Miami you usually see which I personally loved. It reminded me of gymnastics when I was a kid but it’s all very professional and organized and the instructor made it a personal and enjoyable experience.
