alle beoordelingen weergevenVery knowledgeable and kind teacher. She greeted all of us and made sure if we were open to adjustments/had any injuries. Class was open to all levels because the teacher showed every single move on the mat and around the class and also showed how we can further deepen, and gave more advanced options as well. She also spotted us during our handstands and took time to explain a pose for me after class. Would definitely recommend and would want more classes from this teacher.

The other attendees were also equally welcoming & kind which shows the kind of environment they have cultivated there. It is such a beautiful & cozy space as well. Highly recommend this place!!!
