alle beoordelingen weergevenWillow is a 11/10 instructor! i’m in love with her breathing instructions and her instructions in general. It was easy to follow and she made it so much fun. I love how she incorporates rhythm into each of the exercises. I was in a full on trance doing mountain climbers to City Girl’s “My type”. The music selection is a 10 out of 10. The front desk staff is so sweet and has such a wonderful energy. Shout Joanne (sorry if i misspelled your name). I will def be back.

I appreciated his muscle cues. demonstrations that helped perfect certaon poses and his gentle reminder to open up your heart and mind.
