Shannon did a lovely job explaining how everything would run, stayed nearby all the stations to make sure i was comfortable doing what was on the screen and then there was also a coach on the floor to assist with form and regressions (i am four months post partum), and both were super helpful the entire time. They have a close community who motivate you and the workout was varied yet felt very efficient/effective. A very authentic, positive environment and looking forward to coming back.

Instructors Kim and Jason were very nice and helpful! Also got to enjoy a little guided stretch at the end to get our heart rates back down:)

The class was like a fusion of sound meditation and gentle stretches. She came around and made sure evrruone was comfortable and in the correct positions. I am excited to try out the other classes!

It's a no judgement zone and there are people of all ages. Most of the choreo is easy to follow and if you are a first timer as long as you are moving you will pick it up. or just put your own flavor to it as it feels more like a dance class than a traditional Zumba class.
