alle beoordelingen weergevenI’m glad they added this class on the weekend as well. It is a bit challenging and intense so I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners but overall this studio is great! I always leave feeling like a baby giraffe. My only thing is I wish her playlist matched the intensity of the class and that she made hands on adjustments. Other wise fantastic!

Yeli is such a fun teacher and I love learning the craziest combinations from her, and how she pushes you to challenge yourself and grow. This is the funnest workout that doesn’t feel like a workout (but it totally is), give it a try and stick with it!!

The two instructors I’ve met so far have been great. It’s a max students is 6 or 8 I believe. But this morning it was 4 including myself. So it allows the instructor to guide you and correct you in positioning. I’ll be going more to this location hopefully 😊 good for you 1st timers. It’s a relaxed exercise class. No cardio. But requires stability and you are working out your muscles.

She also demonstrated exercises on the machine or floor ! Only one thing I would add : give option to change the spring if someone needs to modify. I knew how to do that, but few guys in class they were struggling and different spring would help them a lot. Otherwise very good class. I will be back when in town. Thanks !

It’s not easy to find a studio that feels welcoming, but today was great. The instructor provided clear instructions and was helpful when I needed it.
