She is inspiring and challenges all of her students. I especially appreciate that she honors and encourages others to take their variations and do what’s best for them in their own body. This little permission slip that she gives us makes me feel so much better about taking poses on my knees instead of putting pressure on my ankles. You can really tell that she is so passionate about health and wellness by the way she shows up for herself and her students with her positive energy. Thank you, Lexi 💖

alle beoordelingen weergevenWent for Open Gym, really clean facility! They have 2 sections. One has all the machines and cables if that’s your jam. I personally liked the other side that had more squat racks and wide open space available to do barbell cleans. Showers were very nice, I liked that they provided soap and a hair dryer in the women’s locker room. I totally forgot to grab a eucalyptus towel on the way out but I’ll surely do that next time. Parking was easy to find! Will be coming here regularly.

Great vinyasa flow, challenging in the best way, and nicely heated so that I was working up a sweat (but not dying). Ashley gave great space within the practice for working on more challenging postures, too. Can’t recommend enough!!!
