alle beoordelingen weergevenI DETEST spinning. UNLESS it is Maggie’s class. I don’t how she does it but she gets me spinning like a gerbil on a wheel. If you feel uninspired to take a spin class do yourself a favor and take a class with Maggie. I do warn she speaks at a sonic boom level decibel but you’ll get used to it. And anybody who speaks bad about Maggie probably isn’t a fun person.

If you have never been to P2 it’s worth going to one of Jennifer’s classes. If you attend other reformer or mega former Pilates studios in the area, I definitely recommend Jennifer’s class to get the high caliber instruction and workout !

The experience was surprising, in a good way, and calming at various times throughout the evening. I still feel the effects of the breath work hours after the class. The Breathwork made me aware of the existing kindness around me in the community and reminded me ti also berate and return the kindness.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI actually really enjoy when teachers at least provide or give the opportunity for more challenging poses! And this class was awesome does that! I’ve been doing yoga now on and off for like 8 years and to be honest, sometimes I can get really complacent and that’s fine of course but sometimes I want to push myself and try something new with my body and see “okay can my body do this or is this a new limitation? Or is this a new discovery??” But what happens too often is I get so use to the same poses and the same flows and never even attempt anything more difficult . As such, I LOVED that this teacher snuck in a few more modifications to kick things up a notch for those who wanted the challenge that practice!
