Barre was much harder than I thought, but I was encouraged to (and felt very comfortable) following at my own pace and adapting where needed. The class felt beginner friendly, but a dance/yoga/pilates background helps too. I'd recommend it but be prepared to sweat, and feel the burn 🔥
