She’s one of the only instructors I’ve taken at Align that does this. It was a super hot and challenging class but she made it enjoyable!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI’ve been attending classes at Sunshine Yoga Shack for a little while now, and I’ve genuinely loved every instructor I’ve taken class with. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and each teacher brings something unique to the experience. That being said, the class I took today was absolutely phenomenal! If I remember correctly, the instructor’s name was Jordan, and she was incredible. She had the best energy, was so bubbly and uplifting, and made the entire class enjoyable from start to finish. The flow was amazing, and her positive attitude was contagious. She is definitely my favorite instructor so far! One thing I especially love about Sunshine Yoga Shack is that the classes I’ve attended end with a sound bowl meditation. I find it incredibly relaxing, and in my opinion, it really sets this studio apart from other yoga studios I’ve tried. It’s such a peaceful and thoughtful way to end a practice. All of the instructors have been wonderful, but Jordan truly stood out. I highly recommend Sunshine Yoga Shack to anyone looking for a welcoming studio with amazing instructors and a relaxing, well-rounded yoga experience.

The class isn’t heated, which honestly was a really nice change from what I’m used to (would love to take a heated class if they offered it). The flow and cues were exactly what my morning needed. It was grounding, a chance to let go of what I didn’t need to carry, and the perfect mindful reset. ✨ I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and very glad I gave it a try. 🧘♀️

She asked whether I had attended the YMCA before or taken a Zumba class, and when she learned I was new to both, she offered helpful tips, instructions, and encouragement that helped me feel comfortable jumping right in. Her vibrant personality somehow outshined even her colorful outfit—which I absolutely loved! The choreography moved at a moderate-to-fast pace, but thankfully my years of dance experience helped me keep up with most of it. The music was upbeat, the energy was contagious, and the hour flew by. I knew it was a great class because I left both sweating and smiling. At one point, it even seemed like the birds outside the window had stopped to watch the fun! 🤭🐦⬛💃 I left sweaty, smiling, and already looking forward to the next class—which is pretty much the highest compliment I can give a workout. 💃 ::
