I was surprised how fast the class went by, so I will definitely be coming back! Loved the punch bags, wish there were more incorporated in the stations, but overall I had a great time, I felt strong, confident, and can’t wait to go back!

If you’ve never rowed before make sure to get there 20 min before like it suggest and the trainer will show you how to use the machine personally and one on one. Facility is clean and everyone was kind. The music was a VIBE and keeps you motivated to keep going. I like that it’s a more dim atmosphere so you can just lock in and not worry about feeling insecure.
